EXTRA CLASS
1.
Do you need extra academic
support after class time?
è Yep, Supplementary classes can help the students to revise what
they have learnt in schools. Like me, now, I’m studying in university, and I
can take whatever extra classes to help me improve my skills, my knowledge
about my major. I can get immediate solutions from the teacher which is not
possible in self-study.
2.
Do you think sessions
provided by study support groups led by students from the year above(tutorials)
can be a good idea?
That’s always a good idea. When you
study in a group
Gain Better Understanding of Subject
Better
Maintain Personal Responsibilities
Motivate and Inspire One Another

in their work. It makes everything more clearly.
And we can create great professional impression
to people in company, the boss, or others.

What makes a person an
effective email writer?
To become a person good at writing
email, you need to have some absolutely skills like:
- You need to read a lot.

writing every single day.
- Especially, you need to have spirit of
learning new things.
That what I mean to say.

There are
many soft skills we need to learn day by day and how to write in a professional
way is an important skill we need to learn. In my opinion, these are some
writing rules that would make a person an effective writer:
-
Make good use of subject lines.
-
Be polite.
-
Be clear, be brief.
-
Don’t overcommunicate by
emails( if you want to say more, you can have a real conservation or contact by
phone, not emails).
And to do
that, you need to practice a lot to improve your writing skills.

Dear hostess,
I want to complain about the poor
service when staying at your hotel in Vung Tau on 5th Sept.
Firstly, I booked a room with a view of
the sea and being given the one with a view of the car park.
Secondly, the receptionist was very rude
to my wife and there wasn’t enough hot water for us to have a shower for the
first two days.
Finally, the service in the restaurant
was too slow and we had to wait at least half an hour for meals.
We are interested in how your hotel can
make up for the inconvenience that we have experienced.
Appreciatively,
